At Smartyr Industries, we are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.

 

 

Service Fees

 

 

All payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once the service has been performed. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing repairs, emergency services, inspections, labor, and completed work.

 

 

Deposits

 

 

Any deposits paid to secure scheduling, materials, or labor are non-refundable. Deposits cover administrative costs, labor allocation, and preparation expenses.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Emergency service calls are non-refundable once dispatched.

 

 

 

Unsatisfactory Service

 

 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Smartyr Industries.

 

 

Materials & Special Orders

 

 

  • Materials, parts, and special-order items are non-refundable once purchased or installed.

  • Any manufacturer warranties on parts will be passed on to the customer when applicable.

 

 

 

Payment Disputes

 

 

Chargebacks or payment disputes must be reported directly to Smartyr Industries prior to contacting a financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal.

 

 

Policy Updates

 

 

Smartyr Industries reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
